→ Handyman Jack-of-all-Trades Repair and Maintenance
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and hard-working Handyman to assist in maintaining our tenants' homes as well as the grounds and associated community spaces.

This will be an Independent Contractor arrangement and require applicant to fill out W-9 for IRS 1099 Tax purposes.

We pride ourselves on working to obtain and sustain curb appeal as well as providing our tenants with safe, nice, affordable places to live and enjoy themselves.

Your job responsibilities will vary and include the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, properties and other important facets of our business.

The more you know how to do, the more you can earn. The faster and more efficient you work, the more you can earn. You have to do the job right and have confidence. Do not blow smoke. Just be honest. Our best workers are honest and admit that something is outside their skill level and we subcontract to someone else.

Examples -vary according to the job at hand but to give you an idea of any skillsets we're looking for: Painting (including properly preparing and taping for edging) Flooring (removing carpet/tile and installing new flooring). Understanding basic construction concepts. Cleaning and maintenance. Minor electrical (such as installing a new ceiling fan correctly, or installing a new electrical outlet) Sometimes intermediate level stuff like replacing breakers in breaker panels and understanding the difference in different brand panels. Checking roofs for leaks. Repairing and installing skirting on mobile homes. Knowing how to snake a line through a clean out plug. Knowing how to run a weed-eater and cut grass. Not minding getting your hands dirty and loading and hauling trash. The list goes on and on. You may cannot do it all, but if there's something you can do and you prove yourself to be a hard worker, you can make some $$$.

Job Description
We are looking for a Cleaner / Grounds Keeper to take care of our rental properties and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our buildings and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.

This will be an Independent Contractor arrangement and require applicant to fill out W-9 for IRS 1099 Tax purposes.

Responsibilities

Clean designated property areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

Make adjustments and minor repairs

Cooperate with property management

Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills
Proven working experience as a cleaner
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Safety Precautions
Integrity
