As part of the application process, we may contact current and previous landlords, current employer(s), and conduct a criminal background check and credit check. Applicants understand and agree that all information obtained from these sources will be used to evaluate the application.

Do I really have to fill out an application?
Yes. There is not an application fee at this time.. though many landlords and property managers do charge them.

What are your rent prices?
It depends on the property, the amenities, and what is included in the rent. For example, a property that includes utilities such as electricity, water, trash, etc usually rents for more. Some properties have new amenities such as updated appliances and new flooring. We do not offer "week to week" rentals any more at this time.

Why is my application taking so long?
We receive a lot of applications and it takes time. The answer lies in the three main components of the process. First a credit and/or background check will be conducted. The next two items are your rental history and your employment and income.
